The SPARC Detectors group is responsible for the research and development of the new Internal Gas-Jet Target and Laser Spectroscopy Setup for the High Energy Storage Ring (HESR) at the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research (FAIR). We are also working on the new generation of Resonant Cavity Pickups, for use in Schottky analysis of longitudinal as well as transeverse signals from heavy ions in the Collector Ring (CR) , High Energy Storage Ring (HESR) and other Storage Rings at the future facility FAIR.
