Invitations (for visa applications)
Requesting an invitation letter for visa application for a stay at GSI / FAIR:
Will you be employed by GSI / FAIR?
- if YES, please aks your local contact person to contact our HR Department (which is entitled to issue the invitation)
- if NO, please fill this form.
Send it to:
- welcome-office(at)gsi.de
- in cc your local contact person
- (in cc the secretariat)
Once the information is complete and checked, the invitation will generally be sent within a week.
In some cases additional risk assessment is necessary.
This is the case if the country of affiliation and/or nationality is listed here.
Guests with an Israeli nationality/affiliation must also be checked.
