Information: | Resilience, or psychological resilience, is the ability to cope with emotional and mental stress without sustained impairment. The presence or development of protective factors can positively influence a person's resilience and lead to successful stress and crisis management. With the help of the didactic model "resilience tree", the characteristics of these protective factors are made clear so that helpful measures and strategies for strengthening resilience in everyday life can be derived. The roots of the “resilience tree” shown are representative of the extent of the existing protective factors. The extent provides the starting point for the individual consultation with the health coach. The simulation function can then be used to jointly determine which individual protective factors can be expanded in the future in order to strengthen resilience. In a free field, specific measures and strategies can be formulated to strengthen the previously defined protective factors, which can act as resolutions. |

Information: | Good vision at work is important Glaucoma is often triggered by increased pressure in the eyeball, which can be caused primarily by a blockage of outflow in the anterior chamber of the eye. If the pressure continues to rise, this can damage the optic nerve and lead to increasing visual field loss. When measuring intraocular pressure with a tonometer, the cornea is not touched. The cornea is flattened by a short, light puff of air. The resulting deformation of the cornea is measured by the device and a corresponding intraocular pressure is determined. Important: Contact lenses should not be worn on the day of the measurement or should be removed at least 4 hours before the examination.
